Online store built on Magento eCommerce platform

The bzb agency has completed a comprehensive eCommerce project for Violetta Crystal Glassworks - a brand with traditions, which decided to digitally transform its sales and customer communication. The goal was to create a modern, fully functional online store on the Magento platform, which will enable the presentation of a wide range of crystal products and efficient and intuitive order processing.

The scope of work included both creation and functional design, as well as full development and configuration of the sales system. Bzb was responsible for implementing the complete shopping path - from user login and browsing the product catalog, through the purchase process, to the customer panel and after-sales service. The store was designed to combine the elegance of the product's aesthetics with the convenience of use and responsiveness of the system.

For the project, product descriptions and categories were prepared and optimized for SEO, with the aim of improving the store's visibility in search engines and enabling it to reach end customers more easily. Advanced filters were also configured, allowing users to quickly find products according to selected parameters - such as form, decoration, application or collection.

An important part of the work was the development of a logical and efficient configuration of the shopping process, including a shopping cart, delivery options, discount code handling and customer panel integration. The project was complemented by the configuration of user accounts, login and static pages, such as privacy policy, regulations and brand information.

Upon completion of the implementation phase, the agency conducted training on how to use the store and provided advice on further development of the platform and online sales support. The project is an example of the successful translation of a traditional product offering into a modern eCommerce tool tailored to the needs of the modern consumer.
