Inwestplan’s Communication System for Real Estate Development Projects
Web design for a real estate developer involves much more than just creating an attractive website. Every real estate project requires a cohesive communication strategy, appropriate visual identity, and tools that support apartment sales from the very earliest stages of development. That’s why we began the entire project with market analysis and competitor research. We then developed a communication concept that became the foundation for subsequent projects.
Communication Strategy for Real Estate Development Projects
Our goal was to create a cohesive communication system for the developer’s entire brand. We wanted each project to retain its own character. At the same time, all projects were to be immediately recognizable as part of a single brand.
That is why we developed the project names, wrote the copy, designed the logos, and created the key visuals. In addition, we selected a unique color scheme for each project. This resulted in a cohesive visual identity system that could be expanded as new projects were launched.
Websites for real estate developers to support apartment sales
An integral part of the project was the creation of sales landing pages. All of the developer’s websites were built using a common information architecture. This allowed users to intuitively explore the offerings of each development.
Each landing page guided customers through the various stages of learning about the investment. First, it highlighted the project’s key advantages. Next, it presented renderings and basic information. Finally, it encouraged visitors to contact the sales office and reserve an apartment.

Bluszczańska Corner
For the Zakątek Bluszczańska development, we created a dedicated landing page in line with the established visual identity. The page retains the standard layout but has been given a unique character.
Norwid Lofts
The landing page for the Lofty Norwida development stood out with its own key visual and color scheme. At the same time, it retained all elements of the brand’s overall communication system.
Szembeka Villa
The website design for the Willa Szembeka development was another component of the overall system. This allowed the developer’s brand to build a consistent image regardless of the content presented

Sales Materials as Part of 360-Degree Marketing
Communication didn’t stop at websites. That’s why we also prepared sales materials tailored to the visual identity of each development. We created presentations and marketing materials to support the sales department’s work.
As a result, all communication channels formed a single, cohesive system. Customers received a consistent message both online and during direct contact with the developer.
A Consistent Communication System for a Developer
The project resulted in the creation of a scalable communication system for residential developments. This allowed subsequent projects to be developed more quickly while maintaining a high level of visual and communicative consistency.
This project demonstrates our approach to 360-degree marketing. First, we analyze the client’s needs and market environment. Next, we design a communication strategy. Only then do we select the appropriate tools, such as branding, visual identity, websites for the developer, landing pages, and sales materials. It is precisely this approach that allows us to build brands in a consistent, well-thought-out, and long-term manner, and that supported the sale of apartments even before construction was completed.
This project exemplifies our approach to 360° Marketing, in which analysis, communication strategy, branding, visual identity, websites, sales materials, and digital tools come together to form a single, cohesive ecosystem that supports brand development and the achievement of the client’s business goals.
