bzb was responsible for preparing the presentation of the Enclave Zyrardow investment. The scope of work included creative concept, graphic composition and proofreading of content. The created material includes realistic visualizations of the investment and coherently developed textual information that supports communication with potential buyers, business partners and financiers. The presentation was designed to clearly and attractively showcase the project's qualities and its local character.

The Enclave Zyrardow development is an intimate project involving the construction of 42 residential units in the suburban city of Zyrardow. The project is financed in a model based on a transparent capital structure, combining own funds with external forms of financing.
